The outer packaging/box only serves to protect the products that come inside (scratches and external damage cannot be a reason for exchange or return)
It is necessary to make an unboxing video in which the product has to be unsealed from start to finish without cuts, all this is in case the interior is damaged or is missing a photocard or inclusion since it may be a factory defect. We do not accept returns or exchanges without unboxing video as proof.
