The outer packaging/box is only for protecting the products inside (scratches and external damage are not grounds for exchange or return).
We recommend making an unboxing video where the product is unsealed. This is in case the product is damaged inside or if a photocard or product is missing, as this would be a manufacturing defect that we cannot detect. (The supplier only accepts claims accompanied by a video).
