The outer packaging/box is only for protecting the products inside (scratches and external damage cannot be a reason for exchange or return).
We recommend making an unboxing video where the product must be unsealed. This is in case the product is damaged inside or a photocard or product is missing, as it is a manufacturing defect that we cannot detect. (The supplier only accepts claims accompanied by a video).
