The outer packaging/box is solely for the protection of the products inside (scratches and external damage cannot be a reason for exchange or return).

We recommend making an unboxing video where the product is unsealed. This is in case the product is damaged inside or is missing a photocard or product, as this is a manufacturing defect that we cannot detect. (The supplier only accepts claims accompanied by a video).
