The outer packaging/box is only to protect the products inside (scratches and external damage cannot be a reason for exchange or return).
We recommend making an unboxing video in which the product must be unwrapped. This is in case the product is damaged inside or a photocard or product is missing, as this is a manufacturing defect and we cannot know about it. (The supplier only accepts claims accompanied by a video).
