The outer packaging/box is only for protecting the products inside (scratches and external damage cannot be a reason for exchange or return).

We recommend making an unboxing video where the product is unsealed. This is in case the product is damaged inside or is missing a photocard or item, as this would be a factory defect that we cannot know about. (The supplier only accepts claims accompanied by a video.)
